If you own a listed building then the history of your home can open up all sorts of interesting possibilities to celebrate its’ heritage. Regardless of a building’s historical importance, the architectural vernacular of your building will have an important bearing on any design decisions made. We will work with you to enhance your property so it can be the very best it can be.

The position of your building can also have a huge impact on the design of your interior. We might reconfigure a space to make the most of an amazing view or transform a gloomy north facing room into a vibrant, cosy space through the simple choice of an appropriate colour.

Trends come and go. They are briefly exciting, but we try to keep our eye on the long term. We make sure that any significant investments are spent on items that won’t date quickly. Longevity is better for your wallet and the planet.

It’s all in the detail. From where you like to store your socks, to how many bottles of wine you want to store at the optimum temperature. All these little details,

cleverly solved will make living in your home a joyful experience. Conversely, ignoring the details can lead to perpetual irritation.

Perhaps you’ve just moved into the area and are nervous about finding reliable, skilled contractors? We’ve been based in the Cotswolds for nearly 20 years and have a fantastic team of skilled trades who never fail to delight our clients.

Renovating or furnishing a home can be an expensive business. Which is why we take our duty of care so seriously. We communicate in a clear and transparent manner and operate robust financial procedures. We provide you with detailed reports throughout your project and we’re always happy to clarify any queries you may have.

We charge a concept design fee of £500-£800+vat per room depending on the room’s complexity.

We’re happy to keep adapting our suggestions until you’re completely delighted with the proposal. It can take a few attempts to get it right when we’re in the early stages of working together, until we get used to your preferences.

Once you’ve approved the design we would supply all the required materials (flooring, furniture, paint etc..) at normal retail prices.

We would normally work to a client’s pre-defined budget and try to maximise it as much as possible. We provide itemised quotes so you can easily identify where costs are going and alter accordingly if required.

If you are interested in our project management service this can be quoted for separately and is based on an hourly rate.
