This month I'm sharing some details of the work in progress. I'm always delighted to welcome visitors to the studio, so please get in touch if you're interested.

Drawn to the Boro is a portrait painting project. We invited Middlesbrough communities to nominate people they wanted to see recognised: those who give generously to others, who steady and strengthen the lives around them. The ten people I’ve worked with span generations, backgrounds and experience - each with a migration story to share. The project is supported by Borderlands, part of the Arts Council's Creative People and Places programme for Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. The portraits will be exhibited in Middlesbrough in 2027.
